Pokemon Lucky Envelope Break Host & Operator

 

Role Overview


We’re looking for a dedicated Pokémon expert to own our Pokémon Lucky Envelopes product end-to-end. This is not just a “go live and open packs” role — you’ll manage sourcing, building, packaging, and hosting engaging live streams where envelopes are opened for customers.


This role offers flexibility, real responsibility, and significant earning potential for self-motivated operators who are trustworthy and passionate about Pokémon. This role can be fully remote after 3-4 days of in person training

Key Responsibilities

Pokémon Expertise


  • Deep knowledge of Pokémon cards, sets, chase cards, and market value
  • Confidently explain card rarity, desirability, and excitement during live streams
  • Understand collector priorities and create engaging hype

Card Sourcing & Product Creation


  • Buy and source all cards needed to build Pokémon Lucky Envelopes (funding provided)
  • Curate envelopes to ensure: fair value, excitement, and premium customer experience
  • Treat the product as your own business — maintain quality and consistency

Packaging & Organization


  • Assemble and package envelopes cleanly and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory awareness and organization
  • Ensure products are ready and presentable for live breaks

Live Streaming & Hosting


  • Host live Pokémon breaks daily (~2–3 hours/day) from home
  • Open envelopes live on camera and explain pulls, rarity, and excitement
  • Engage with viewers, answer questions, and maintain energy throughout the stream

Optional / Bonus Responsibilities


  • Create short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Help grow audience and build a loyal collector community
  • Maintain a trustworthy and positive presence on camera

Trust & Work Ethic


  • Extremely trustworthy — handling inventory, funding, and customer product responsibly
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, and a true self-starter
  • Takes initiative to improve product quality, stream quality, and viewer experience

Compensation Plan

Base Pay


  • $400 per week (~$1,600/month)
  • Covers live streaming, product sourcing, envelope creation, packaging, and operational responsibilities


Performance-Based Commission


  • 5–10% of gross revenue from Pokémon Lucky Envelope breaks
  • Commission % may vary depending on experience, execution quality, and consistency
  • Paid monthly, uncapped upside

Earning Potential


  • Strong operators can realistically earn $3,000–$7,000+ per month
  • Earnings increase as product volume and audience grow


This combination of stable base pay + performance-based commission rewards consistent work while allowing motivated operators to maximize earnings and ownership impact.
